Thai Yoga Massage is a transformative experience. A deep revolution on the way we
move, interact, communicate and specially… the way we touch. The main ingredients of this 12 day program will be Vipassana Meditation, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, AcroYoga and of course lots
of Thai Yoga Massage.
The structure and method of this course was created by Asokananda, the first Westerner to write about Thai Massage in English. Asoka’s dedication, study and curiosity has been of great importance for the Northern Style of Thai Massage to expand limitlesly through the globe. His main teachers, Chayuth and Pischest, are the two Thai masters behind everything we will share in this class. Today, Pichest is still teaching his unique and precise Static style with a strong emphasis on the principles of touch, body position and the use of gravity. Chayuth’s Dynamic approach, based on releasing tension through movement, rocking techinques and harmonic waves, is the perfect complement to achieve relaxation, integration and flow. The combination of these two pillars of the Northern Style of Thai Massage offers a holistic experience, a co-created Sacred Dance, a journey of mindfulness, balancing energy physically and emotionally with the ultimate goal of opening the heart for both giver and receiver.

Thai Yoga Massage Course in Thermal Waters: a transformative experience, deep revolution in the way we dance, move, interact, communicate and especially, the way we share touch as a form of healing.
The combination of static and dynamic techniques creates a sacred dance that allows the patient to relax and enter into a profound experience of liberation and openness. A communion between two people, a co-creation of contact and presence. The way we move, breathe and touch allows the healing to happen and flows, this is the ancient art of Thai Yoga Massage.
Exploring the principles of Thai massage, we will review the fundamental concepts that will make the technique we apply remain within what we call Thai massage, with our hearts full of Metta, gravity on our side, moving us from the center with full participation and presence and putting all our attention and awareness into the way we touch.
We will undertake a trip together in the beautiful thermal water park inside Chalananda. We’ll add complimentary activities that allow us to open, to be more receptive and sensitive. These activities include: Water Massage, Fire ceremony, field trips to nature.

“Feel the presence of their breath and of yours, feel the weight of their body and of yours, acknowledge the beauty of the soul, unify all and move and dance. Ever in ease, with no judgments, for the good of all our brothers and sisters”. Dayalu
